Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order until the seller ships it. Contact us with your order number. Once cancelled, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method.

Items not as described or damaged

If an item is significantly different from its listing, or arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number, photos of the item and the packaging, and an unboxing video if you have one.

Once approved, return the item in the same condition using the shipping details we give you. We refund the item price and original shipping after the seller receives it back.

Change of mind

Because each item is a unique collectible, we don’t accept returns for change of mind unless the seller agrees.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Listing fees

The $49.99 listing fee is not refunded once a listing has been submitted, including if the seller removes it or it isn’t approved.
