Seller guidelines
These guidelines keep the marketplace trustworthy for buyers and fair for sellers. Listings that don’t follow them are not approved.
Photos
- Photograph the actual item you are selling, never a stock image or a similar piece.
- Show both sides on a plain background in daylight. For coins, add a photo of the edge.
- For notes, make sure the serial number is readable.
- The first photo is the main one buyers see.
Describing your item
- Give the year, country, denomination and an honest condition grade.
- Mention any cleaning, polishing, repairs, holes, tears, stains, tape or writing.
- If you aren’t sure of the grade, choose “Not sure” and describe what you see.
- Only mention a certificate if you have it and will send it with the item.
Pricing and fees
You set your own price. Each listing has a one-time fee of $49.99, and 5% commission is deducted from the sale price when the item sells. The listing fee is not refunded if you remove the listing or it isn’t approved.
What you can’t list
- Replicas, copies or restrikes presented as originals.
- Items you don’t own or don’t have the right to sell.
- Stolen items, or items with forged certificates.
- Anything whose sale is restricted by law, including antiquities that require a licence or registration.
Packing and shipping
- Ship within 3 business days of the sale email.
- Pack coins in a flip or holder, and notes in a sleeve between two pieces of card.
- Use a tracked courier and add the courier name and tracking number in your seller dashboard.
Getting paid
We send the sale price minus commission to your UPI ID or bank account after the buyer receives the item and the 48-hour reporting window has passed. Keep your payout details up to date in your dashboard.
